You will be responsible for the complete ownership of customer engagements, from initial problem scoping and solution design to writing production-ready code, deploying it, and ensuring its sustained functionality. You'll start by clearly defining the real-world result that needs to be achieved and then meticulously work backward across product strategy, data management, system integrations, and operational processes to make it a reality. Your technical contributions could span writing backend code, debugging complex APIs, meticulously cleaning and preparing data, configuring intricate workflows, participating in crucial customer calls, or even patching a critical script late at night before a major launch.
