📋 Description

• As a Forward Deployed Process Analyst at R1 RCM Inc., you will translate business and operational requirements into solution design artifacts, future-state process flows, and implementation plans, directly supporting the delivery of technology-driven revenue cycle solutions that improve hospital financial performance and patient experience.
• Day to day, you will conduct current-state assessments including SOP review and process mapping, partner with Process Engineers and cross-functional teams to support end-to-end delivery of use cases, provide operational and technical guidance during implementation and stabilization, develop stakeholder communication plans, design training and change management materials, define and track KPIs and SLAs, and identify risks and dependencies with mitigation strategies.
• You will join a global team of revenue cycle professionals at R1 RCM Inc., the leading provider of technology-driven solutions that combine deep healthcare operations expertise with advanced analytics, AI, intelligent automation, and workflow orchestration to transform financial and clinical outcomes for hospitals and health systems.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare process optimization, enterprise solution implementation, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision making, while gaining exposure to AI-enabled tools and contributing to meaningful improvements in patient care and operational efficiency across the U.S. healthcare system.
