- • The Founder's Associate role at Bjak Sdn. Bhd. supports hiring, operations, and business execution to ensure important initiatives are executed efficiently by coordinating stakeholders, managing priorities, and maintaining operational discipline.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating hiring activities and interviews, supporting agency onboarding and communication, managing project trackers and action items, coordinating meetings and events, supporting office setup and vendor management, preparing reports and presentations for leadership, ensuring follow-through on key initiatives, and maintaining efficient day-to-day business operations.
- • The role operates within A1, a mission-driven team building a proactive AI smart assistant for everyday users to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, organizing, and workflows with minimal prompting, focusing on high reliability for long-running workflows and real-world task completion.
- • The person in this role will develop strong operational and coordination skills, gain exposure to leadership-level decision-making, learn to manage cross-functional initiatives, and build expertise in recruiting operations, business administration, and project execution in a high-talent-density, high-ownership environment.
