- • Serve as the right hand to the CTO, Marc Tuscher, managing his calendar, email inbox, and prioritizing high-leverage strategic activities to maximize his impact.
- • Prepare and coordinate high-impact content for Marc’s keynotes, guest articles, interviews, and public speaking engagements in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- • Build and maintain strategic relationships with tech founders, industry experts, investors, and key stakeholders in the Embodied AI and robotics ecosystem.
- • Draft briefing documents, agendas, and meeting summaries for executive-level discussions, ensuring clear follow-up and accountability on action items.
- • Lead mission-critical special projects, including deep-dive research into emerging robotics and AI technologies, and the preparation of Board-level strategic materials.
- • Evaluate and facilitate strategic technical partnerships that align with Sereact’s mission to extend robotics beyond the lab into industrial settings.
- • Act as a bridge between technical teams and external communications, translating complex concepts in AI, robotics, and automation into clear, compelling narratives for public consumption.
- • Proactively identify operational inefficiencies within the CTO office and design scalable processes from scratch to support rapid company growth.
- • Maintain a high standard of precision and structure in all deliverables, from scheduling to documentation, ensuring zero friction in executive operations.
- • Participate in on-site collaborative challenges with the team that simulate real-world tasks you will own daily, including structuring complex technical or strategic problems.
- • Represent the CTO’s vision internally and externally, contributing to the company’s positioning as a thought leader in embodied AI and industrial robotics.
- • Manage ad-hoc requests with urgency and ownership, balancing multiple priorities without compromising quality or timeliness.
- • Stay informed on industry trends in robotics, AI, automation, and venture capital to provide timely insights and context to the CTO.
- • Work directly with Founders, Board members, and international Tier 1 investors to support strategic decision-making and company visibility.
- • Operate in a fast-paced, startup environment where initiative, autonomy, and execution speed are critical to success.
- • Contribute to shaping the public narrative around Sereact’s technological vision through consistent, high-quality communication outputs.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
- • Initial practical experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, management consulting, or PR/social media management
- • Strong interest in technology with the ability to translate complex technical concepts (AI, robotics) into compelling narratives
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
- • Builder’s mindset with ownership and experience creating processes from scratch
- • Pragmatic, execution-oriented attitude with a “get shit done” mentality
