đź“‹ Description

  • • As a Founders' Associate at Rillet Technologies Inc., you will be an integral part of our executive team, working directly alongside the CEO and Chief of Staff to drive strategic initiatives and ensure seamless operational execution. This is a unique opportunity to gain unparalleled exposure to the inner workings of a rapidly scaling AI-native ERP company, backed by top-tier investors like Sequoia and a16z.
  • • Your primary role will be to act as the connective tissue for high-priority projects, proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks before they escalate, and ensuring that critical tasks are completed with precision and speed. You will operate across a diverse range of workstreams simultaneously, requiring exceptional organizational skills and the ability to fluidly switch contexts.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve leveraging cutting-edge AI technology, specifically Claude. You will become Rillet's internal expert on Claude, responsible for building and deploying AI automations and workflows. This will start with supporting the CEO and Chief of Staff and will expand to rolling out these capabilities across the entire organization, making you the go-to resource for all Claude-related inquiries, best practices, and potential applications.
  • • You will provide crucial analytical horsepower across all functional areas of the company. This includes developing financial models for business cases, analyzing sales efficiency in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, dissecting customer retention trends within Customer Experience, constructing headcount plans for Human Resources, and stress-testing unit economics for the Finance department. Your insights will directly inform strategic decision-making.
  • • On behalf of the CEO, you will meticulously track the progress of key initiatives. This involves proactively flagging potential risks, identifying potential bottlenecks early in the process, and ensuring that the right individuals are unblocked and making consistent forward progress. Your vigilance will be key to maintaining momentum.
  • • You will be instrumental in preparing and refining internal and external communications. This includes drafting compelling investor updates that articulate our progress and vision, as well as preparing essential board materials that inform and guide our leadership. You will also draft other critical communications on behalf of the founders, ensuring clarity and impact.
  • • You will take ownership of running and optimizing operational processes across various internal operations functions. This requires a keen eye for efficiency and a drive to improve how we operate as a company.
  • • Project management will be a core responsibility, particularly for initiatives that involve multiple stakeholders and demand strong follow-through. You will ensure that complex projects are managed effectively from inception to completion, coordinating efforts and driving accountability.
  • • You will serve as a vital connective layer across the entire organization, facilitating decision-making processes and ensuring that no critical tasks or decisions fall through the cracks. Your ability to bridge gaps and ensure alignment will be paramount to our success.
  • • This role demands a high-output mentality. You will be expected to work diligently, move with extreme speed, and consistently meet a high bar for performance. In return, you will receive unparalleled exposure to executive-level strategy and operations, experience accelerated professional growth, and gain a front-row seat to the dynamic process of building a category-defining company.
  • • We are seeking a collaborative teammate who values in-person interaction. This role requires you to be within commuting distance of our New York City or San Francisco offices, or be willing to relocate. Team members are expected to work in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional flexible in-office day, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • • You will be empowered to take initiative, internalize our mission, design effective strategies, and deliver results that exceed expectations. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in autonomous environments and are driven by impact and continuous learning.
