We've already achieved significant traction, boasting 1 Million EUR in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), a robust, working product, and a growing customer base across key industries like manufacturing, agriculture, and aviation. Our current team of six operates with a shared vision and a collaborative spirit, and we are now poised for aggressive scaling. Our most successful GTM strategy to date has been high-velocity, targeted cold outreach into the German Mittelstand, and this role is central to amplifying that success.
  • • As a Founders Associate, you will gain unparalleled exposure to the entire sales funnel. Your initial focus will be on building a strong pipeline through high-volume, effective outbound communication, primarily via cold calling, supplemented by strategic email and LinkedIn outreach. This role is built for rapid learning and development. You will be meticulously coached by our founders and a seasoned senior sales hire with proven outbound experience. We foster an environment of direct feedback loops, clear, measurable targets, and significant earning potential tied directly to your performance.   • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will be hands-on and results-oriented. You will execute high-velocity outbound calls, mastering the art of engaging potential clients and identifying their critical business needs. You will learn to qualify leads with precision, uncovering genuine pain points, identifying urgency, and assessing buying capacity. As you progress, you will transition from booking qualified meetings and handing them over with clean context, to managing subsequent stages of the sales process yourself. This progressive responsibility ensures continuous skill development and ownership.
  • • You will receive dedicated, weekly coaching sessions focused on honing essential sales skills, including effective discovery techniques, persuasive objection handling, and understanding the nuances of deal mechanics. Maintaining CRM discipline is paramount; you will be responsible for clean data entry, rigorous pipeline hygiene, and accurate funnel tracking within HubSpot. This data-driven approach is crucial for measuring success and identifying areas for improvement.
  • • Innovation and experimentation are encouraged. You will have the opportunity to test and refine new GTM approaches, including exploring different event strategies, optimizing scripts, identifying new market segments, crafting compelling messaging, evaluating and implementing new tooling, and leveraging automation to enhance efficiency.
