• Voize is on a mission to revolutionize the healthcare industry by freeing frontline workers, particularly nurses, from burdensome administrative tasks. We are developing an AI companion designed to reclaim up to 30% of a nurse's time, allowing them to focus on patient care and human connection. Our innovative solution is already trusted by over 1,100 care facilities and utilized by more than 75,000 nurses, significantly easing their daily workload. This impactful endeavor is supported by substantial funding, including a $50M Series A led by Balderton Capital, alongside investments from HV Capital, Y Combinator, and other prominent venture capital firms. • As a Founders Associate Intern, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future trajectory of Voize by directly collaborating with our Chief of Staff and CEO. Your primary responsibility will be to spearhead our strategic expansion into new markets. This involves a dual focus on identifying and evaluating new geographical territories, such as the UK, US, France, Spain, Italy, and the Nordics, as well as exploring new industry verticals like hospitals and disability care facilities. Your day-to-day activities will encompass in-depth market research, the meticulous construction of business cases, the preparation of critical strategic decision-making materials, and active participation in a wide array of cross-functional challenges. This internship offers a unique opportunity to be deeply involved in high-level strategic planning and execution, providing a hands-on experience at the core of decision-making processes within a dynamic startup environment. You will not be relegated to administrative tasks but will be an integral part of the team driving significant growth and market penetration.
• Your daily responsibilities will be diverse and engaging, ensuring no two days are the same. You will conduct comprehensive research and analysis to evaluate potential new markets, delving into regulatory frameworks, competitive landscapes, and customer segment characteristics to establish a robust foundation for market entry strategies. A key part of your role will involve building compelling business cases and strategic presentations that will guide the management team's decisions regarding future expansion targets and the methodologies for achieving them. You will also actively support the practical aspects of expansion efforts, from identifying and mapping potential pilot partners to preparing targeted outreach campaigns, thereby translating strategic plans into tangible actions. Furthermore, you will take ownership of and manage various cross-functional projects, which could range from assisting with critical hiring initiatives and preparing investor relations materials to implementing internal process improvements, ensuring that these projects contribute meaningfully to the company's growth and operational efficiency.
• To facilitate the smooth progression of expansion initiatives, you will act as a crucial liaison, fostering seamless communication and collaboration across different departments, including Sales, Product, and Engineering. This connective role ensures that all expansion-related activities remain synchronized and aligned with the overarching company strategy. Your ability to bridge gaps between teams and maintain momentum will be vital to our success. 🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree at a leading university in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Sharp analytical mind: You're comfortable with data, can structure ambiguous problems, and know how to build a compelling argument.
• Self-starter with high energy: You don't wait to be told what to do—you see what needs to happen and make it happen.
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
• Bonus: Previous startup experience (internship, founding, working student) or exposure to healthcare/SaaS is highly desired.
• Bonus: German language skills are a strong plus.
