- • As the Founding Account Executive (Canada) at Reacher SAS, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and scaling the company’s sales engine from the ground up, directly contributing to revenue growth and market expansion in North America by owning the full sales lifecycle and building repeatable processes that support long-term success.
- • You will be instrumental in helping Reacher achieve its vision of becoming the 'HubSpot for creator marketing' by driving customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction through strategic outreach, consultative selling, and deep partnership with product and leadership teams to ensure market fit and scalability.
- • Day to day, you will own the full sales cycle from outbound sourcing and initial outreach through discovery, demo, negotiation, closing, and post-sale onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition to customer success while maintaining accurate pipeline hygiene and forecasting in CRM.
- • You will build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outbound efforts (cold email, LinkedIn, calls), inbound lead follow-up, participation in industry events, strategic partnerships, and the innovative use of AI-powered tools to scale personalized outreach and sequencing at volume.
- • You will collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional leaders in product, engineering, and customer success to relay customer insights, influence product roadmap decisions, and ensure alignment between sales commitments and delivery capabilities.
- • You will nurture long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers in the e-commerce, digital marketing, and affiliate space, acting as a trusted advisor who helps clients maximize ROI on TikTok Shop and other social commerce platforms through Reacher’s technology.
- • You will help lay the foundation for Reacher’s future sales organization by documenting best practices, creating scalable playbooks, refining qualification criteria, and mentoring future hires as the team grows.
- • You will represent Reacher at virtual and in-person events, including trade shows and partner gatherings, to generate leads, increase brand visibility, and strengthen our presence in the creator economy ecosystem.
- • Through this role, you will develop deep expertise in social commerce, affiliate marketing, and SaaS sales strategies while gaining hands-on experience in early-stage startup growth, fundraising readiness, and go-to-market execution.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience as an Account Executive in an early-stage or growth-stage startup, with prior SDR/BDR experience considered a strong plus
- • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing complex deals in competitive markets
- • Demonstrated success managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, closing, onboarding, and customer retention
- • Strong background in e-commerce, digital marketing, SaaS, or affiliate/creator marketing platforms, with familiarity with TikTok Shop or social commerce being highly preferred
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level decision-makers and business owners
- • Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and AI-powered outreach tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AI SDRs) to scale and personalize sales efforts
- • Builder’s mindset: proactive, self-directed, and eager to experiment with and refine GTM strategies, sales processes, and outreach sequences
- • Willingness and ability to travel for in-person meetings, events, and customer engagements as needed
