- • As a Founding US Account Executive at Nory AI, Inc., you will establish the company’s presence in the American market by leading sales efforts from Chicago, building on proven success in Europe and driving growth in a VC-backed startup with strong product-market fit.
- • You will own the full sales cycle, including outbound prospecting, product demos, contract negotiation, and closing B2B SaaS deals with CFOs, General Managers, and Regional Operators in the hospitality industry, while feeding customer insights back to the product team.
- • You will join a mission-driven team focused on transforming restaurant operations through AI-powered operational intelligence, helping restaurants improve margins, reduce waste, and operate with greater consistency and certainty.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in selling complex SaaS solutions to hospitality decision-makers, refine your sales execution in a fast-paced startup environment, and contribute to defining the standard for elite sales performance in hospitality tech.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience running the full sales cycle in a quota-carrying Account Executive role within fast-paced B2B Hospitality SaaS sales, selling to business decision-makers such as CFOs, GMs, and regional operators.
- • Proven ability to generate your own pipeline with a consistent track record of exceeding quota, specifically performing in the top 5% of your previous company.
- • Experience consistently closing deals with an ACV (Annual Contract Value) greater than $20k.
- • Familiarity with and ability to execute a standardized sales process such as MEDDICC.
- • Demonstrated hunger and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments requiring high autonomy and self-direction.
