📋 Description
- • As a Founding Account Executive (Japan) at Replit, you will drive enterprise sales growth by evangelizing the platform’s vision of enabling anyone to build software using natural language, positioning Replit as a transformative force in software creation akin to the PC era.
- • You will serve as the primary point of contact for prospects and customers in Japan, conducting product demonstrations, guiding clients through the full sales cycle, preparing tailored quotes, negotiating deals, and maintaining accurate CRM data in HubSpot while fostering long-term relationships and identifying expansion opportunities.
- • You will join a fast-growing, mission-driven team at Replit, a company democratizing software development through AI-powered tools, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy and customer success in a remote-first environment with plans for a hybrid model in Japan.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise SaaS sales, AI-driven developer tools, and cross-functional collaboration, while achieving measurable impact through quota attainment, customer adoption, and feedback-driven product improvement.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in AE or SE/technical sales role, preferably in SaaS or developer tools
- • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- • Experience with, or direct observations of full-cycle sales, from prospecting to closing deals to managing existing customers
- • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Hubspot)
- • Ability to quickly learn and articulate the value of new technologies
