- ⢠As the Founding Account Executive (LATAM) at Reacher SAS, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and scaling the companyās sales operations from the ground up, directly contributing to revenue growth and market expansion in Latin America by owning the full sales lifecycle and building repeatable processes that support long-term success.
- ⢠You will be responsible for generating and closing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with key decision-makers in e-commerce and creator-focused brands, and ensuring customers achieve measurable success on TikTok Shop through Reacherās platform, directly impacting customer retention and lifetime value.
- ⢠Your day-to-day will involve owning the full sales cycle: conducting outbound sourcing via cold email, LinkedIn, and AI-powered tools; running discovery and demo calls; negotiating and closing deals; managing onboarding; and maintaining post-sale relationships to drive expansion and referrals.
- ⢠You will build and optimize the sales pipeline through a mix of outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, strategic event participation, partnership development, and leveraging AI-driven outreach sequences to increase efficiency and conversion rates.
- ⢠You will collaborate closely with the founding team and leadership to establish tight feedback loops between sales, product, engineering, and customer success, ensuring that customer insights directly inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
- ⢠As one of the first sales hires, you will help lay the foundation for the future sales organization by documenting best practices, creating sales playbooks, defining ideal customer profiles, and mentoring future team members as the company scales.
- ⢠You will work within a mission-driven, fast-paced startup environment backed by Y Combinator, where your efforts directly contribute to Reacherās vision of becoming the āHubSpot for creator marketingā ā enabling brands and creators to seamlessly connect and grow across commerce platforms like TikTok Shop, Instagram Shopping, YouTube Shopping, Shopify, and Amazon.
- ⢠In this role, you will develop deep expertise in social commerce, affiliate marketing, and creator economy trends while honing advanced sales techniques in a high-growth SaaS environment, positioning yourself for leadership opportunities as the company expands globally.
šÆ Requirements
- ⢠3-5 years of experience as an Account Executive at an early-stage or growth-stage startup, with prior SDR/BDR experience considered a strong plus
- ⢠Proven track record of consistently closing deals and exceeding sales quotas in competitive, fast-moving markets
- ⢠Strong background in e-commerce, digital marketing, or SaaS platforms, with demonstrated ability to engage and sell to business owners and C-level decision makers
- ⢠Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with fluency in English and Spanish preferred for LATAM market engagement
- ⢠Builderās mindset: proactive, self-directed, and eager to design and refine sales strategies, processes, and GTM motions from scratch
- ⢠Experience managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, closing, onboarding, and customer retention/expansion
- ⢠Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and familiarity with AI-powered sales tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AI SDRs) for scaling outreach and sequencing
