- • As a Founding Account Executive in Specialty Markets at Dandy Technology, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy for Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), helping to expand access to high-quality dental care in underserved communities while building the foundation for future growth.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include qualifying and closing client leads through discovery calls, proactively identifying and contacting dental offices to drive new client acquisition, tracking sales activity in Salesforce, collaborating with Legal, Marketing, and RevOps teams to navigate public health sector complexities, and working toward exceeding individual and team KPIs and revenue targets.
- • You will join a mission-driven, fast-growing startup backed by top-tier venture capital, dedicated to transforming the $400B dental industry by building an operating system for dental offices worldwide through technology, innovation, and exceptional support.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to take early ownership, develop deep expertise in the dental industry and Dandy’s value proposition, influence product direction, and grow rapidly alongside the company as it scales globally—gaining broad sales experience across both small clinic deals and complex multi-site organizations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of sales experience with at least 1 year in a full sales cycle closing role
- • Experience in a high-growth startup environment is preferred
- • Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and ramp up quickly with limited resources
- • Proficiency in Salesforce or a comparable CRM system
- • Strong track record of professional and academic achievement
- • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement in sales methodologies
