📋 Description

• • As a Founding Account Executive for Glacier Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling a mission-driven Series A startup tackling the global waste crisis by building custom sorting robots and AI-powered analytics for recyclers. Your work will directly contribute to reducing landfill waste, carbon emissions, and resource depletion by helping clients turn recycling data into actionable insights.
• • You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and relationship-building to presenting AI-powered recycling solutions, negotiating complex deals, and closing contracts—while collaborating with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. You’ll also provide critical customer feedback to shape the engineering roadmap and work with the Director of Business Development to define the company’s sales strategy from the ground up.
• • You’ll join a founding sales team of three Account Executives reporting to the VP of Sales at a innovative San Francisco-based startup whose technology has been recognized by TIME as one of the Best Inventions of 2025 and featured in TechCrunch, Fortune, CBS, and a TIME documentary. The company partners with major CPG brands like Colgate and Amazon, as well as municipal recycling facilities, to advance circularity in waste management.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in selling complex, technical solutions in the recycling and industrial automation space, build a sales playbook from scratch, deepen your consultative selling skills, and gain direct influence over product strategy through customer insights—all while contributing to a meaningful environmental impact.
