  • As a Founding BDR, you will be instrumental in establishing and scaling our first French BDR team. Your primary responsibility will be to generate high-quality leads and fill the top of our sales funnel, directly fueling our revenue growth. This role offers a unique chance to influence the sales function within a hyper-growth environment, collaborating closely with senior leadership to define processes, refine strategies, and drive tangible business outcomes.
  • You will engage with a diverse range of dental practice prospects, acting as the crucial first point of contact. This involves both inbound lead qualification – responding to and nurturing interested parties – and proactive outbound prospecting. You will masterfully leverage various channels, including email, phone calls, and innovative outreach tactics, to identify and connect with potential clients who can benefit from Dandy's transformative solutions.
  • A key aspect of this role involves articulating the Dandy value proposition with clarity and conviction. You will be adept at handling objections, understanding prospect needs, and skillfully guiding them through the initial stages of the sales funnel. Seamless collaboration with our Account Executives is paramount, ensuring a smooth and effective handoff of qualified leads to close deals.
  • Beyond direct sales activities, your role as a founding member means you will actively contribute to building the French BDR function from scratch. Your insights, experiences, and feedback will be invaluable in shaping our sales processes, selecting and implementing the right tools, and defining our overall go-to-market strategy for France.   • We are looking for individuals who are not only skilled in sales but also possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to continuous improvement.
