  • In this foundational role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse range of dental practice prospects. Your mission will be to proactively identify and engage potential clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges within the dental sector. This involves leveraging a variety of outbound channels, including strategic email campaigns, targeted phone outreach, and creative, personalized engagement tactics to capture attention and initiate meaningful conversations.
  • A core responsibility will be to effectively articulate Dandy's compelling value proposition. You will need to clearly communicate how our technology solutions empower clinicians and their teams, enabling them to achieve more for their practices, their people, and ultimately, their patients. This includes skillfully handling objections, addressing concerns, and guiding prospects through the initial stages of the sales funnel, ensuring a smooth transition to the next phase of engagement.
  • You will be entrusted with tracking all sales activities meticulously using Salesforce and other essential sales enablement tools. This data-driven approach is crucial for continuous process improvement. By analyzing your outreach efforts, conversion rates, and pipeline progression, you will identify opportunities to refine your strategies, optimize your workflow, and enhance overall team efficiency. Your insights will directly inform the evolution of our sales processes.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of professional sales experience, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Proven experience with outbound sales methodologies, including cold calling and email outreach, targeting SMBs is a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt, with a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development in sales techniques and concepts.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and a willingness to explore and implement new sales tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and handle objections effectively.
