📋 Description

  • As a Founding Business Development Representative (BDR) for Dandy Technology, Inc. in Barcelona, you will play a pivotal role in launching and shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy in the Spanish market, directly contributing to the mission of transforming the $200B+ dental industry through innovative technology solutions that empower dental practices worldwide.
  • You will be instrumental in building the first SP BDR team from the ground up, working closely with senior leadership to establish scalable sales processes, drive early revenue, and create a foundation for long-term growth in a hyper-growth, venture-backed environment.
  • Be the first point of contact for dental practice prospects across Spain, initiating conversations with clinics and practices expressing interest in Dandy’s platform while maintaining a professional, consultative approach that reflects the company’s innovative brand.
  • Generate new business opportunities through disciplined outbound prospecting using email, phone, and creative outreach tactics, targeting small and medium-sized dental businesses to fill the top of the sales funnel with qualified leads.
  • Accurately track all sales activities, interactions, and pipeline progression in Salesforce and other sales enablement tools, using data to continuously refine outreach strategies, improve conversion rates, and report on key performance metrics.
  • Effectively communicate Dandy’s value proposition, address objections, and guide prospects through the sales funnel by understanding their pain points and aligning solutions to their operational and clinical goals.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified opportunities, providing context and insights gathered during initial engagement to support successful deal progression.
  • Actively contribute to the design and optimization of the SP BDR function by sharing feedback on messaging, tools, cadences, and processes, helping to build a scalable, data-driven sales engine from scratch.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of professional sales experience in a high-growth or startup environment, with proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting, particularly targeting small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), with a track record of initiating conversations and generating interest.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required; proficiency in Catalan is considered a strong plus for engaging with local dental practices in Barcelona and surrounding regions.
