  • • As the Founding Commercial Account Executive for SMB in Spain, you will be the first sales hire in the country, playing a pivotal role in launching Dandy’s international expansion by establishing the company’s presence in the Spanish dental market and building the foundational sales playbook from the ground up.
  • • You will own the full sales cycle for small and medium-sized dental practices, from initial prospecting and qualification to discovery, demonstration, negotiation, and closing of new customer accounts, directly contributing to Dandy’s revenue growth and market penetration in Spain.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include proactive outreach to dental clinics via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn; conducting needs assessments and product demonstrations tailored to dental professionals; managing and updating opportunity stages in Salesforce; forecasting pipeline; collaborating with marketing on localized messaging; and iterating on sales processes based on real-time field feedback.
  • • You will serve as a founding voice in shaping Dandy’s sales motion for the SMB segment in Spain, including defining ideal customer profiles, refining value propositions, developing objection-handling frameworks, and establishing repeatable processes for lead generation and conversion that will scale as the team grows.
  • • Working closely with senior sales leadership, you will help set and achieve quarterly revenue targets, refine key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights on market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategy.
  • • You will become a knowledgeable advocate for Dandy’s technology platform, developing deep expertise in how its digital solutions streamline dental lab workflows, improve case turnaround times, enhance communication between clinics and labs, and support practice efficiency and profitability.
  • • The role is based in Dandy’s Barcelona office, requiring fluency in Spanish and offering Catalan as a strong plus, enabling you to build authentic relationships with local dental practices and position Dandy as a trusted partner in their digital transformation.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a full-cycle closing role owning the entire sales process from prospect to close
  • • Proven experience operating successfully in high-growth startup or scaling environments with limited structure and ambiguity
  • • Strong proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems for pipeline tracking, forecasting, and activity management
  • • Fluency in Spanish is required; Catalan language skills are considered a strong advantage
  • • Demonstrated track record of professional success in sales, including consistent achievement of quotas and performance metrics
