  • • Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Sift’s technical platform across Europe, from initial prospecting through contract closure, targeting engineering teams in aerospace, defense, robotics, energy, and industrial manufacturing.
  • • Identify and develop new opportunities with organizations building mission-critical systems, using targeted outreach to engage engineering leaders, systems engineers, and program managers.
  • • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, applying structured account strategies to prioritize high-value prospects in the EMEA region.
  • • Lead technical discovery conversations to understand complex telemetry workflows, system architectures, and engineering pain points, translating them into clear business value propositions.
  • • Collaborate closely with Solutions Engineering and Product teams to guide customers through technical evaluations, pilots, and proof-of-concept deployments.
  • • Define success criteria for technical evaluations and align them with commercial outcomes to drive consensus among technical and executive stakeholders.
  • • Navigate enterprise procurement, legal, and security processes common in defense, aerospace, and regulated industrial environments.
  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for Sift’s European market, shaping go-to-market strategy and helping establish the region’s sales playbook.
  • • Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, and Leadership to provide field insights that improve product positioning, sales messaging, and customer onboarding.
  • • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecast accuracy, clearly communicating deal progress, risks, and next steps to leadership on a weekly basis.
  • • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and customer site visits across Europe to build relationships and expand Sift’s visibility in key technical markets.
  • • Contribute to hiring and onboarding future sales team members as the European presence grows, ensuring alignment with Sift’s technical sales culture.
  • • Represent Sift to customers building advanced systems including spacecraft, autonomous vehicles, and industrial control platforms, demonstrating deep understanding of their operational environments.
  • • Balance autonomy and structure in a fast-growing startup environment where processes are still being defined, proactively identifying gaps and proposing solutions.
  • • Maintain a high level of curiosity and technical fluency to rapidly learn complex engineering domains and speak credibly with technical buyers.
  • • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through strategic account development and consistent pipeline generation.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Based in London or able to work from London
  • • 6–10+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role
  • • Proven track record of selling technical or complex products (SaaS, engineering software, or infrastructure platforms) to enterprise organizations
  • • Comfort engaging technical stakeholders such as engineers, architects, and systems designers
  • • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets in complex, long-cycle sales environments
  • • Strong communication skills with both technical and executive audiences
