- • As the Founding (Enterprise) Account Executive - US, you will lead the charge in acquiring and closing strategic enterprise deals in the US market, reporting directly to the CEO and owning the end-to-end sales process for Voize’s AI companion solution for frontline healthcare workers.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and engaging enterprise-level prospects, navigating complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers, building executive-level relationships, leading high-stakes negotiations, collaborating with product and tech teams to deliver tailored solutions, identifying market opportunities, and working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to shape the enterprise go-to-market strategy.
- • Voize is a fast-growing, mission-driven startup backed by $50M in Series A funding from Balderton Capital, HV Capital, Y Combinator, and other leading VCs. The company’s AI companion frees nurses from administrative work, giving them back up to 30% of their time, and is already trusted by 1,500+ care facilities and over 150,000 nurses.
- • In this role, you will have the rare opportunity to build a new market from scratch, shape Voize’s enterprise sales strategy, grow rapidly in a high-impact environment, and directly contribute to the company’s next stage of growth while making a meaningful difference in healthcare.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of closing complex deals in the $100k-$2M+ ACV range
- • Proven ability to generate your own pipeline through outbound efforts and events, thriving without heavy enablement, brand pull, or SDR support
- • Strong executive presence and credibility with C-level and senior stakeholders in procurement-heavy environments
- • Willingness to travel
- • High energy and an engaging personality that leaves people excited to work with you
- • A builder mindset: ability to create structure from ambiguity and take ownership when there is no playbook yet
