Sully.ai is seeking a Founding Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a pivotal role in our mission to build the most impactful healthcare company on Earth. This is not a typical entry-level SDR position; it's a high-impact, production-focused role where you will be instrumental in generating pipeline within complex healthcare organizations and building the outbound engine that will scale with our growth.
- • At Sully.ai, we are fundamentally reshaping healthcare by providing AI teammates that augment clinicians. Our innovative solutions, powered by world-class AI models, act as scribes, nurses, receptionists, and translators, directly addressing the systemic issues of delays, misdiagnoses, administrative chaos, and clinician burnout. - • Our traction speaks for itself: we have secured over 450 organizations in just 16 months, our AI agents are saving clinicians approximately 2.8 hours of administrative work daily and reducing onboarding time by 85%, and we have successfully completed over 5 million clinical tasks across more than 36 specialties. - • As a Founding Enterprise SDR, you will be at the forefront of this revolution. Your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified pipeline into healthcare organizations, which are known for their slow decision-making processes, rigorous screening, and resistance to generic outreach. Success in this role hinges on meticulous preparation, exceptional call execution, and unwavering discipline. You will be expected to operate at a level where four months of work yield a year's worth of output, embodying our commitment to hiring A-players who drive significant results.
- • You will be responsible for owning the entire pipeline generation process, consistently hitting and exceeding targets for qualified meetings and pipeline value. This involves a 'phone-first' execution strategy, committing to 100 dials per day, engaging in three focused call blocks, crafting targeted emails, conducting in-depth daily research on enterprise accounts, and maintaining strict CRM hygiene. Your ability to qualify leads effectively will be paramount; you must open conversations with immediate relevance within 20 seconds, clearly articulate how Sully.ai addresses real operational pain points within healthcare, qualify leads tightly, and disqualify quickly those who are not a good fit.
- • Beyond individual performance, you will play a crucial role in building and refining our outbound sales machine. This includes developing and iterating on healthcare-specific talk tracks, strengthening objection handling related to critical areas like compliance and EMR integration, identifying key buying triggers within target organizations, and documenting best practices and standards to ensure scalability. You will be expected to own your funnel math, understanding your conversion rates at every stage and actively working to improve at least one key metric each month.
- • This role demands operating with a sense of ownership. If metrics begin to slip, you must be proactive and adjust your strategy within 48 hours. We are looking for individuals who are entrepreneurial to their core, think in terms of outcomes, thrive in dynamic environments, and take ownership without limits. A deep commitment to our mission—saving lives and improving patient care—is essential. You should be impact-driven, capable of sprinting toward hard problems and making sharp, informed decisions. As an elite teammate, you will raise the bar for the entire team through high standards, direct feedback, and a commitment to craft excellence.
- • The first 90 days in this role are critical. You will be expected to master Sully's product and core workflows within real clinical settings. You will achieve full activity output, consistently generating qualified healthcare meetings each week, and producing meaningful qualified pipeline for our Account Executives, paving a clear path to revenue. You will demonstrate a clear understanding of your funnel math with measurable improvements in at least one core metric. Furthermore, you will contribute at least one significant improvement to our prospecting efforts, whether in messaging, targeting, sequencing, or tooling.
