📋 Description
- • As the Strategic Alliances Lead at Material Security, you will own and scale the partner ecosystem, focusing on driving growth through MSPs, deepening high-value reseller/channel relationships, and maintaining productive ISV partnerships to build the foundation of our partner motion.
- • Day to day, you will build and scale the MSP partner program (recruitment, onboarding, enablement), manage and grow existing channel/reseller/VAR relationships to drive revenue outcomes, oversee ISV partnerships for joint success, collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align on growth initiatives, and track, analyze, and report on partner performance metrics.
- • Material Security is a remote-first cybersecurity company with an office in San Francisco, dedicated to protecting organizations from email-based threats through innovative security solutions, fostering a culture of entrepreneurship, adaptability, and outsized impact.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in security partnership strategies, strengthen cross-functional collaboration skills, gain deep exposure to the MSP and channel ecosystem, and achieve measurable impact by scaling partner-driven revenue and expanding market reach.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, channel, or business development roles
- • Exposure to MSP ecosystem strongly preferred
- • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- • Highly collaborative team player
- • Extremely adaptable and resourceful — a builder who enjoys figuring things out
- • Strong organizational skills; proven ability to manage multiple priorities
