- • As the Founding Growth hire at Seamflow Inc., you will be the first go-to-market (GTM) team member, working directly with the CEO to build and scale the company’s enterprise sales engine from the ground up in a high-impact, category-defining role within the $300B+ global Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry. This is a unique opportunity to shape not only how Seamflow acquires and retains customers but also how its AI-powered platform evolves to solve real-world compliance and safety challenges across aviation, rail, medical devices, factories, and energy infrastructure.
- • You will own the end-to-end design and execution of Seamflow’s GTM strategy, transforming ambiguity into a repeatable, scalable motion across inbound lead generation, outbound prospecting, strategic partnerships, industry event engagement, and product launch coordination. Your work will directly influence revenue trajectory and market positioning as the company transitions from early-stage validation to enterprise-scale adoption.
- • Day to day, you will engage in deep enterprise discovery with large certification and inspection organizations, translating complex customer needs into actionable sales plays and product feedback loops. You will manage multiple concurrent sales cycles, develop tailored outreach strategies, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure customer insights drive meaningful feature development and roadmap prioritization.
- • You will design, implement, and track key growth metrics — including customer acquisition cost, sales cycle length, conversion rates, and expansion revenue — using data to inform strategic decisions and optimize GTM efficiency. This includes building dashboards, forecasting models, and feedback mechanisms that align commercial performance with product innovation.
- • As a founding team member, you will operate with high autonomy and ownership, helping define Seamflow’s commercial culture, sales methodology, and go-to-market playbook. You’ll partner closely with the CEO and founding engineers (from X, Google, Amazon, and unicorn backgrounds) to align product evolution with market demand, ensuring the platform addresses real pain points in legacy-heavy TIC workflows still reliant on PDFs, spreadsheets, and manual processes.
- • You will represent Seamflow at industry events, conferences, and customer workshops, positioning the company as a thought leader in AI-driven compliance automation. Your ability to communicate complex value propositions clearly to C-suite stakeholders — including heads of quality, compliance, and operations — will be critical in advancing long-term enterprise contracts.
- • Over time, you will have the opportunity to grow into a Head of GTM role as the company scales, mentoring future hires and institutionalizing the sales motion you helped create. This role offers unparalleled influence over both commercial strategy and product direction in a venture-backed startup with Tier 1 VC support (including investors from Spotify, Coinbase, Reddit, Klarna, and Flexport).
- • The role is based in London, with occasional travel required for customer meetings and industry events, enabling face-to-face relationship building in a hybrid work environment that values in-person collaboration among a highly driven, mission-focused team.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–5 years of experience in enterprise sales, GTM, forward-deployed roles, or deployment strategy, with a proven ability to scale something from 0 → 1, such as a product, market, or revenue motion.
- • Experience engaging with enterprise stakeholders in complex organizations, particularly in regulated industries like TIC, healthcare, manufacturing, or infrastructure, and comfort navigating long sales cycles and multiple decision-makers.
- • Strong ownership mindset and comfort operating in ambiguous environments, with the ability to turn unclear problems into structured execution plans and manage many moving parts independently.
