📋 Description

• We're seeking a Founding Go-To-Market (GTM) expert who will play a foundational role in building our sales and account management capabilities at Pika.
• As the first member of our GTM team, you will take ownership of driving customer acquisition, building strong client relationships, and establishing the go-to-market strategies that power our continued growth.
• You’ll be responsible for leading sales efforts, managing key accounts, and setting the standard for how we engage with customers and execute commercial initiatives.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account management
• Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive adoption and revenue
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership teams to align on customer needs and opportunities
• Provide feedback to internal teams to inform product development and strategy
• Set and track performance metrics to measure and report on sales impact
