  • • Seamflow is at the forefront of revolutionizing the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry, a massive global market exceeding $300 billion. This critical sector ensures the safety and compliance of everything from vital infrastructure like elevators and energy grids to sophisticated medical devices and complex manufacturing processes. Despite its immense scale and importance, the TIC industry is surprisingly underserved by modern technology, often relying on outdated methods such as manual workflows, disparate spreadsheets, and cumbersome PDF documents. Seamflow is building the AI-powered platform designed to bring this industry into the digital age, streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency, and ultimately accelerating innovation.
  • • As the very first Go-to-Market (GTM) hire, you will play an instrumental role in shaping Seamflow's commercial future. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be tasked with constructing and scaling the company's GTM engine from its foundational stages. This is a unique opportunity to build a repeatable and scalable commercial strategy from the ground up, encompassing all facets of market engagement.
  • • Your responsibilities will span the entire GTM spectrum. You will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies for inbound lead generation, proactive outbound sales efforts, strategic partnerships, participation in key industry events, and the successful launch of new product features. The goal is to establish a robust and predictable revenue stream by creating a well-oiled GTM machine.
  • • A core aspect of this role involves transforming ambiguity into actionable structure. You will be pivotal in shaping not only our commercial strategy but also influencing the product's evolution by channeling customer feedback and market insights directly into the product development lifecycle. This cross-functional collaboration is key to ensuring our product meets the real-world needs of the TIC industry.
  • • You will be responsible for converting complex, lengthy enterprise sales discovery processes into a repeatable and efficient sales motion. This requires a deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, the ability to identify key pain points for large certification and inspection organizations, and the skill to articulate Seamflow's value proposition effectively.
  • • Close collaboration with the product and engineering teams is essential. You will act as the voice of the customer, translating intricate customer insights and market demands into concrete product improvements that directly fuel growth and market adoption. This feedback loop is critical for driving product-market fit and competitive advantage.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve designing, implementing, and meticulously tracking key growth metrics. These metrics will serve as the compass for our strategic decisions, providing data-driven insights to guide company direction and optimize our GTM efforts.
  • • As a true founding team member, you will have a profound impact on defining the commercial DNA of a company poised to become a category-defining leader. You will contribute to the strategic vision of how Seamflow scales commercially, setting precedents and building the foundational processes for future growth.
  • • The ideal candidate possesses high agency, thrives in ambiguous and fast-paced environments, and has a proven track record of building something from zero to one – whether it's a product, a market, a GTM motion, or a business line. You must be comfortable managing numerous moving parts and navigating unpredictable elements with agility and resilience.
  • • Exceptional communication skills are paramount, particularly in engaging with senior enterprise stakeholders. You need to articulate complex ideas clearly, build rapport, and influence decision-makers within large organizations. The ability to think both strategically, envisioning the long-term GTM roadmap, and operationally, executing directly on sales and marketing initiatives, is crucial.
  • • You will find immense satisfaction in working collaboratively with product and engineering teams, translating customer needs into tangible product enhancements that drive commercial success and market penetration.
