- • As a Founding GTM at Nabi Health Inc., you will own and scale the provider referral network that serves as the primary engine for patient acquisition in a mission-driven behavioral health startup building the first digital health platform for eating disorders.
- • You will prospect, build, and maintain relationships with referring providers including PCPs, therapists, dietitians, and treatment centers; define outreach strategy and referral playbooks; manage account engagement; track and model referral funnel performance; represent Nabi at industry events; and collaborate cross-functionally with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless patient journeys.
- • Nabi Health is a venture-backed startup that has already served tens of thousands of members and raised over $10M from top Silicon Valley VCs, with a mission to build a new behavioral healthcare system for 100M patients over the next decade using an agentic care model.
- • You will work directly with the CEO to design and execute the go-to-market strategy, gaining end-to-end ownership of a critical growth channel, developing deep expertise in healthcare partnerships, and building a scalable, data-driven referral engine from the ground up.
