  • • As Casium’s first GTM Executive, you will be the architect of our revenue engine, building pipeline from scratch and turning early traction into a repeatable go-to-market motion that directly enables global talent mobility for high-growth companies.
  • • You will own the full sales cycle—from identifying high-potential target accounts and engaging cross-functional stakeholders (People, Talent, Legal, Finance, Leadership) to running discovery, demos, pilots, and closing deals—while translating deep customer pain into compelling business cases that drive urgency and trust.
  • • You will partner closely with founders to refine ICP, positioning, and packaging based on real market feedback, turning early wins into lightweight, repeatable processes including messaging, outreach sequences, talk tracks, objection handling, and CRM hygiene that scale what works.
  • • You will act as a critical feedback loop between customers and product/delivery teams, ensuring insights from sales conversations directly improve our AI-powered immigration platform and legal ops workflow to enhance customer experience and product-market fit.
  • • You will operate with high agency and builder energy in a founder-led, ambiguous environment—comfortable creating opportunities from scratch, navigating unstructured buying processes, and thriving without perfect structure, leads, or playbooks.
  • • You will help Casium maintain its reputation for speed, transparency, and care by ensuring seamless handoffs between sales, legal, and delivery teams, reinforcing our zero-churn track record and high approval rates through trust and operational excellence.
  • • You will contribute to a mission-driven culture where immigration is reframed not as paperwork but as access to opportunity—directly impacting founders, engineers, and global talent who rely on Casium to unlock careers, teams, and markets.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4 to 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or GTM roles with proven ownership of pipeline creation and deal closure
  • • Strong outbound instincts and comfort generating opportunities from scratch through creative prospecting, referrals, events, and founder-led follow-up
  • • Experience selling into growth-stage or mid-market companies, particularly where buying decisions are founder-influenced and processes are informal or evolving
  • • Strong discovery skills to uncover deep customer pain, build urgency, and translate insights into compelling business cases that drive action
  • • High agency and builder energy—you do not wait for perfect structure, leads, or messaging; you create momentum through initiative and persistence
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication: thoughtful outreach, crisp follow-ups, and clear internal documentation
  • • Strong organization and follow-through: ability to manage complex deal details, multiple stakeholders, and CRM hygiene without losing sales momentum
