📋 Description

• Build Lovable's presence in Finland from zero, serving as the first and only on-the-ground representative in the market.
• Own the entire go-to-market process for Finland, from initiating the first conversation to closing the first signed contract.
• Open doors within the Finnish startup and tech ecosystem by leveraging existing connections or rapidly establishing new ones.
• Engage directly with both early-stage founders and enterprise decision-makers, tailoring the message to each audience without diluting Lovable’s core value.
• Demonstrate Lovable’s capabilities in real time by building live applications during customer meetings, using the product to solve their specific problems.
• Design and execute end-to-end sales cycles without a predefined playbook, creating new processes based on market feedback and local dynamics.
• Partner closely with the Nordic team in Stockholm and Denmark to share insights, align strategies, and scale successful tactics across the region.
• Translate Lovable’s technical power into clear business outcomes that resonate with non-technical stakeholders across industries.
• Define and document the playbook for winning in Finland, ensuring it becomes a replicable model for future Nordic and international expansions.
• Maintain and grow pipeline visibility through accurate forecasting, account planning, and consistent follow-up across prospects at all stages.
• Act as the primary voice of the Finnish market to product and strategy teams, feeding real customer pain points, feature requests, and adoption barriers into product development.
• Operate with extreme ownership in a resource-constrained environment, making decisions autonomously while remaining aligned with company goals.
• Embody a founder mindset by thriving in ambiguity, prioritizing impact over process, and solving problems with limited support or infrastructure.
• Represent Lovable at key industry events, meetups, and networking forums in Finland to increase brand awareness and generate inbound interest.
• Continuously refine messaging and outreach strategies based on direct customer feedback and market response.
• Work remotely but maintain seamless communication with the Stockholm-based team, ensuring alignment and knowledge sharing.
• Be a power user of Lovable — having personally built projects with it — and be able to articulate its advantages from lived experience rather than scripted pitches.
• Contribute to shaping what an exceptional Nordic GTM team looks like by setting cultural and operational standards from day one.

🎯 Requirements

• Zero-to-one founder mindset with comfort operating independently with minimal direction
• Deep personal conviction in AI as a transformative force in software creation
• Proven ability to engage and close deals with both founders and enterprise buyers
• Strong existing network or a clear, actionable plan to rapidly build one within Finland’s startup and tech ecosystem
• Fluent in both English and Finnish
• Demonstrated experience building and demoing products live during sales conversations
