📋 Description
- • As the Founding Head of Sales at Fastino AI Inc., you will own the entire go-to-market and sales engine from day one, building the foundation for scalable revenue growth in a high-potential AI startup backed by top-tier investors including Microsoft and Khosla Ventures.
- • You will run full-cycle sales execution — from outbound prospecting and qualification to demos, proof-of-concepts, negotiation, and closing — while collaborating closely with founders and engineering to align product development with customer needs.
- • You will join a elite team of alumni from Google Research, Apple, Stanford, and Cambridge, working in a hybrid or remote environment in the San Francisco Bay Area to build the next generation of LLMs and agentic systems.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in AI-driven GTM strategy, build repeatable sales motions, establish operational excellence in CRM and forecasting, and eventually hire and lead a high-performance sales team as the company scales.
