  • • As a Sales Director for the Central US region at Via Transportation, you will drive revenue growth by building and closing high-impact partnerships with city governments, transport authorities, and private operators, shaping how cities invest in mobility and transforming public transportation systems into smart, data-driven networks.
  • • Day to day, you will own and execute go-to-market strategy for the Central territory, navigate complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, create data-driven business cases that demonstrate Via’s platform impact on ridership and sustainability, act as a trusted advisor to city leaders, represent Via at senior levels in industry events, and bring market intelligence to product and strategy teams.
  • • Via is a global leader in transportation technology, serving hundreds of agency partners worldwide with a mission to create equitable access to jobs, healthcare, and education through innovative mobility solutions, operating at the intersection of technology, public policy, and real-world impact.
  • • In this role, you will achieve significant influence over regional mobility planning, develop expertise in public-sector procurement and infrastructure sales, strengthen your ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives, and grow as a trusted advisor shaping the future of public transit in the Central US.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or strategy with a proven ability to win in enterprise, government, infrastructure, or tech-enabled services
  • • Track record of owning and winning complex, high-value, multi-stakeholder deals built on trust and influence
  • • Strong analytical and storytelling skills to turn data, policy, and customer needs into strategic decisions and compelling narratives
  • • Ability to read tone and adapt communication style across boardrooms, conferences, and written proposals
  • • Motivated self-starter who turns ambiguity into momentum and shapes approach, sets pace, and raises standards
  • • Sound commercial judgment to know when to push, listen, or rethink approach to maximize deal value
