📋 Description
- • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls and targeted outreach to decision-makers across North America, focusing on M&A advisors, CFOs, legal teams, and corporate development professionals.
- • Research and identify high-potential prospects in sectors including Private Equity, Investment Banking, Legal, and Biotech fundraising to deliver impactful initial contacts.
- • Book qualified product demos for Account Executives using HubSpot and other sales tools, ensuring accurate tracking of all prospect interactions.
- • Build and maintain long-term rapport with prospects through consistent, value-driven engagement via CRM systems.
- • Maintain precise and up-to-date activity logs and prospect data within HubSpot to support sales pipeline accuracy and reporting.
- • Collaborate cross-culturally as part of a global team of 500+ employees across 30+ countries, operating in English as the primary business language.
- • Contribute actionable insights from prospect interactions to shape and refine sales and marketing strategies.
- • Utilize tech stack including HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AmpleMarket, and Power Dialer to execute outreach campaigns efficiently.
- • Operate in a remote-first environment with flexibility to structure your workday while maintaining high performance standards.
- • Engage with North American markets exclusively, requiring deep understanding of regional business practices and communication norms.
- • Represent iDeals’ Virtual Data Room (VDR) product, trusted by over 300,000 companies globally, in high-stakes deal-making contexts such as due diligence, fundraising, and corporate reporting.
- • Adhere to company values of Commitment, Excellence, Collaboration, Trust, and Care in all customer and team interactions.
- • Participate in a structured hiring process including screening calls, competency-based interviews, and role-play scenarios with hiring managers.
- • Work a standard Monday–Friday schedule with no shift work and no weekend requirements.
- • Maintain professional communication in English at C1+ level, both verbally and in writing, for all customer-facing and internal activities.
- • Leverage internal resources including Ideals Academy, personal development plans, and professional literature subscriptions to accelerate growth.
- • Access to an individual IT budget for additional equipment and co-working expense coverage to support remote work effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1 – 2 years of experience in B2B outbound sales with exposure to North America markets
- • Strong business communication skills in English (C1+ level) – verbal and written
- • Professional objection-handling skills, ability to build rapport, and pass gatekeepers
- • Tenacity, adaptability, and a hunger to grow fast
- • Fast learning ability and tech-savviness with CRMs and sales tools
- • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
