- • As the Founding Marketer at Finch Legal, you will play a pivotal role in establishing Finch as the preeminent and most recognizable brand within the legal tech industry. This is an opportunity to shape our brand identity through bold, impactful campaigns, strategic event participation, and innovative industry-defining initiatives. You will be the architect of Finch's public face, responsible for how we engage with the world across all touchpoints – online, in person, and wherever our target audience engages. This role transcends traditional marketing functions; it demands a proactive approach to launching groundbreaking projects that push boundaries, all while maintaining a scrappy, results-oriented mindset. - • **Build and Scale Performance Marketing Channels:** Develop, manage, and optimize performance marketing channels, including paid search, retargeting campaigns, and innovative experimental channels. Maintain an unwavering focus on Return on Investment (ROI) and the creation of repeatable, scalable systems.
- • **Invent Novel Growth Playbooks:** Challenge conventional wisdom and create new strategies for legal tech growth. We are not looking to replicate past successes; you will be responsible for defining what comes next in our industry.
- • **Create World-Class Content Engines:** Develop compelling narratives, insightful case studies, and impactful campaigns that establish Finch as the definitive brand for innovation within the legal space.
- • **Cultivate and Own Our Social Voice:** Build a distinctive online presence that is bold, human-centric, and impossible to ignore, resonating deeply with our target audience.
- • **Drive Cross-Functional GTM Collaboration:** Work in close partnership with Sales and Product teams to ensure alignment in our narrative, target audience engagement, and conversion strategies, all unified under our mission to transform how law firms operate.
- • **Own the Full Marketing Funnel:** Take ownership of the entire customer journey, from the initial brand impression and awareness stages through to conversion and ongoing engagement, ensuring a cohesive and effective experience at every touchpoint.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally within a fast-growing SaaS startup environment.
- • Proven ability to balance brand building with demand generation, crafting compelling narratives while driving measurable pipeline growth.
- • Exceptional creativity and a track record of launching ambitious, boundary-pushing campaigns.
- • Experience building marketing systems, strategies, and narratives from inception ('zero to one').
- • Demonstrated ability to execute relentlessly, iterate quickly, and ship impactful projects.
- • Comfort and proficiency in navigating ambiguity, transforming chaos into clarity and opportunity.
- • Full-funnel marketing ownership experience, from initial impression to conversion and retention.
