• • As the Founding Marketer at Finch Legal, you will be the first marketing hire responsible for building the brand and demand engine from the ground up, shaping how the company shows up to the world through authentic, trust-driven marketing that resonates with everyday Americans seeking legal support.
• • Day to day, you will own demand generation and inbound strategy by evaluating channel performance and building scalable systems; develop content strategy including video, social, and case studies; craft Finch’s social voice and presence; design and execute field marketing initiatives like events and partner engagements; integrate AI into marketing workflows for leverage; and collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to define the next phase of growth.
• • Finch Legal is a fast-growing legal tech startup backed by Sequoia and Redpoint, on a mission to make justice more accessible by automating administrative work in personal injury law and putting clients first through purpose-built AI and expert operations.
• • In this role, you will have the opportunity to build a marketing function from scratch, define the brand narrative for a purpose-driven company, gain deep expertise in AI-enabled marketing systems, and create scalable processes that will serve as the foundation for Finch’s nationwide expansion — all while working closely with founders and senior leaders in a high-impact, entrepreneurial environment.
