• • Join 1Sphere as a Founding Platform Engineer and play a pivotal role in revolutionizing AI transformation for Fortune 500 enterprises. You will be instrumental in building and scaling the core platform that powers our custom AI workflows, enabling clients to achieve tangible results in just 90 days. • • As a Platform Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and deploy essential platform components. This includes building robust authentication systems, creating seamless data connectors for enterprise applications like SAP, Salesforce, and Workday, and developing APIs that serve as the backbone for our AI solutions. You will write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code that forms the foundation for customer-facing workflows, ensuring reliability and scalability from the outset.
• • You will also be a key player in ensuring the stability and performance of our production systems. This involves taking ownership of on-call responsibilities, swiftly resolving incidents, and proactively maintaining the high availability of our platform services. Debugging complex production issues, documenting operational procedures through runbooks, and establishing best practices for operational excellence will be critical aspects of your role.
• • A significant part of your contribution will involve enabling our customers to leverage the platform effectively. This means deploying platform services directly into their enterprise environments – SAP, Salesforce, Workday, and ServiceNow – and iterating based on real-world usage and feedback. Building and refining data connectors that integrate flawlessly with these complex systems will be a core deliverable, ensuring that our AI solutions can access and process the data they need.
• • In your first 90 days, you will hit the ground running. You will be responsible for shipping core platform services to our staging environment, complete with comprehensive testing and monitoring frameworks. You will build 3-5 critical data connectors to major enterprise systems, establishing the connectivity that unlocks our AI capabilities for clients. Furthermore, you will help establish our on-call rotation and incident response protocols, ensuring we are prepared to handle any production challenges. You will also actively support our first customer deployments, gathering invaluable feedback to drive rapid iteration and improvement.
