- • As the Founding Product Manager for France at Voize Inc., you will lead the launch and long-term scaling of the Senior Care product in the French market from zero to one, navigating complex healthcare systems with minimal data and ambiguous requirements to build a product that delivers measurable impact for frontline caregivers.
- • Your day-to-day will involve pioneering market entry by sitting with nursing leaders in French healthcare facilities to understand nuanced workflows, building foundational product strategies post-PMF, designing and validating hypotheses through scrappy MVP pilots with real users, defining sharp requirements and honest metrics that drive business outcomes, identifying high-leverage features that convert skeptics into advocates, scaling adoption from 10 to 1,000+ nurses through iterative learning, overcoming technical barriers in EHR integrations with sparse documentation, and shaping go-to-market strategy by partnering on pricing, positioning, and long-term US expansion insights.
- • You will join a Y Combinator–backed, fast-growing startup that has already deployed its AI-powered voice-to-documentation solution in 1,500+ facilities, saving caregivers up to 39 minutes per person per day while improving documentation quality, blending cutting-edge technology with deep real-world impact in senior care.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in French healthcare systems and user-centered product innovation, build a repeatable playbook for international market launches, strengthen your zero-to-one product leadership in complex regulated industries, and directly contribute to Voize’s mission of giving frontline workers their time back — gaining autonomy, impact, and visibility as a founding leader in a high-growth AI startup.
🎯 Requirements
- • Several years of experience in Product Management shipping SaaS or AI products, preferably in Healthcare, with a background that may include founding, entrepreneurship, or startup experience.
- • Proven zero-to-one product experience: building complex products from scratch with minimal data, no prior customers, and ambiguous requirements, leading them to measurable success.
- • Demonstrated experience launching products into the French market, including conducting user research and discovery specific to French healthcare users and achieving successful market entry.
- • Native or C2-level proficiency in French; German language skills are a plus.
- • Willingness to travel approximately every 4–6 weeks to spend time on-site with French customers in healthcare facilities.
