  • • Serve as the founding Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Europe, responsible for launching and scaling Tremendous’ outbound sales motion across European markets.
  • • Primary responsibility is generating new pipeline through outbound prospecting, with cold calling as the core activity—expect to make 100 cold calls per day.
  • • Treat every unanswered call as an opportunity to reconnect; persistence and resilience are essential to daily success.
  • • Use phone as the primary tool for engagement; email and LinkedIn are supplementary channels and do not replace direct calling.
  • • Identify and research high-potential prospects using prospecting tools to uncover key decision-makers and craft targeted outreach messages.
  • • Book qualified meetings with prospects and serve as the first point of contact for European customers entering the sales funnel.
  • • Partner closely with Account Executives to align on target accounts, messaging, and follow-up strategies to maximize meeting conversion rates.
  • • Collaborate with Marketing, Strategy, and RevOps teams to develop and refine sales pipeline generation tactics specific to European markets.
  • • Learn Tremendous’ product deeply to articulate its value proposition clearly, understanding customer goals and challenges in research, marketing, HR, nonprofit, and platform business contexts.
  • • Shape international sales processes, messaging, and best practices as a founding hire—your insights will directly influence how Tremendous scales in Europe.
  • • Track and report on outreach metrics, pipeline progression, and conversion rates to inform iterative improvements in sales strategy.
  • • Share successful tactics and trends with the broader SDR and sales team to elevate collective performance and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • • Operate with high autonomy in a fully remote, high-documentation, low-meeting environment that prioritizes execution over bureaucracy.
  • • Contribute to building a scalable, repeatable outbound sales process that supports Tremendous’ profitable, investor-free growth trajectory.
  • • Embody a customer-obsessed mindset, focusing on understanding client needs rather than pushing product features.
  • • Maintain a relentless commitment to personal and professional growth, staying updated on sales best practices, European market dynamics, and industry trends.

  • • Cold calling is your primary and preferred method of outreach—you initiate calls daily without prompting.
  • • Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding personal and professional goals with a strong commitment to excellence.
  • • Proficient in English and workplace proficient in at least one other European language (German, Spanish, or French preferred).
