- • As the Founding Sales Lead for Carla AI, you will drive new business growth for an AI-powered voice agent that handles inbound calls, reservations, payments, and 24/7 customer support for rental operators and services businesses. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape the go-to-market strategy and build a repeatable sales engine from scratch.
- • You will own the full sales cycle—prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and close—while building target account strategies, developing outbound motions across calls, email, LinkedIn, and events, and transitioning customers to Customer Success for activation. You’ll also share customer insights with Product and leadership to inform roadmap and pricing.
- • You’ll join Carla AI, an independent business unit within Valsoft Corporation, which builds and scales vertical market software companies. Carla AI is purpose-built for the rental industry and integrates directly with rental management systems to deliver real-time availability checks, automated booking, and live performance dashboards.
- • In this role, you’ll gain ownership over outcomes, not just activity, and develop expertise in scaling an AI product in a vertical SaaS environment. You’ll refine your ability to build sales motions, craft positioning, and influence product direction while working closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, builder-focused culture.
