- • As a Founding Software Engineer at Vinci4D Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical foundation of the company’s backend infrastructure, directly impacting scalability, reliability, and performance of core systems.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and developing scalable backend services, implementing distributed systems architecture using Kubernetes, building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, driving infrastructure-as-code adoption, and creating secure, high-throughput APIs with robust authentication and authorization workflows.
- • You will also collaborate with engineering leadership to establish best practices in database optimization, service observability, and development standards, while mentoring and managing junior engineers to foster technical growth and team cohesion.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or foreign equivalent)
- • 120 months (10 years) of professional experience in software engineering
- • Proven experience designing and implementing distributed systems and backend services
- • Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes for orchestration and container management
- • Strong background in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices
- • Experience developing secure, high-throughput APIs and implementing authentication/authorization systems
