📋 Description

• As a Founding Software Engineer at The Flex, you will help architect and build the technology platform Base360.ai that powers the future of modern renting, enabling anyone to live anywhere, anytime without friction.
• You will work directly with the founder to design, build, and launch core products including bookings, pricing, payments, operations, communications, and guest experiences, while making key technical decisions that define the long-term architecture of the platform.
• You will develop automation workflows and AI-powered tools that replace manual work, unlock scale, and create competitive advantages across multiple countries and thousands of stays.
• You will have extraordinary ownership and influence from day one, shaping product strategy, engineering culture, and company direction as one of the first engineers building the foundation of a global business.

• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and system design
