- • As FP&A and Commercial Finance Manager at Goodstack, you will build the FP&A function from scratch and serve as the go-to commercial finance partner to the Founder-CEO, COO, and leadership team, directly influencing strategic decisions at the highest level.
- • Day to day, you will build and maintain the company’s financial model, own the annual budget and rolling forecast process, produce monthly variance analysis, develop business line P&Ls, support pricing and unit economics, partner with GTM on pipeline-to-revenue reporting, and create board-ready investor reporting packs.
- • Goodstack is a fast-growing Series A SaaS startup backed by General Catalyst, powering global charitable giving through technology used by enterprises like Google, OpenAI, and HSBC, and thousands of nonprofits including the Red Cross and Oxfam, having facilitated $5 billion in donations in 2025 alone.
- • In this role, you will develop deep commercial finance expertise, shape financial strategy for a high-impact mission-driven company, gain end-to-end visibility into business performance, and build a finance function ready for scale, fundraising, or transaction events.
