FP&A Manager

📋 Description

• • As FP&A Manager at SoSafe GmbH, you will play a critical role in ensuring financial transparency and strategic decision-making by owning and evolving the company’s integrated financial models and supporting data-driven growth in a fast-moving SaaS scale-up.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining three-statement financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), monitoring and controlling OPEX, acting as a finance business partner to Sales, Marketing, and Product leads, analyzing SaaS metrics like ARR, NRR, CAC Payback, and Magic Number, leading rolling forecasts and annual budgeting, and preparing monthly management reports and board decks.
