- • The FP&A Manager will work as a member of the Finance Team in a cutting-edge cloud environment that powers Everbridge’s growth, playing a critical role in financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and managing the annual budget and monthly forecast process, performing monthly financial and operational variance analysis, preparing presentations for Executive Leadership and the Board, and planning and implementing ad hoc financial models to support decision-making.
- • The Finance Team at Everbridge operates in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where priorities shift rapidly, requiring agility and strong partnership with Executive Leadership to align financial performance with company strategy and goals.
- • In this role, the individual will develop a deep understanding of the global business and markets, mentor and lead one or more team members, and gain exposure to high-impact financial processes that drive company-wide growth and operational efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field plus a minimum of 2 years of pre- or post-Master’s experience in a finance role supporting operating executives at a companywide level
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field plus 5 years of experience in a finance role supporting operating executives at a companywide level
- • Experience with financial planning frameworks and processes
- • Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including a proven ability to communicate with and provide meaningful value to all levels of management
- • Solid accounting capabilities: able to understand how business decisions will impact P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
- • Proven track record of teaching and mentoring analysts
