• • The FP&A Manager will play a critical role in shaping Garner Health’s financial strategy by building scalable financial models and processes that support rapid company growth and data-driven decision-making.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing dynamic financial models, leading budgeting and forecasting cycles, producing monthly financial reports with variance analysis and KPI dashboards, partnering with executives to align financial plans with strategy, and conducting ad-hoc analysis to evaluate new opportunities and identify risks.
