📋 Description
- • As an FP&A Operations Associate at Abacum, you will play a critical role in helping finance teams transition from manual number crunching to strategic decision-making by integrating client data, building financial models, and enabling platform adoption.
- • Day to day, you will seamlessly integrate new clients’ data and systems into the Abacum platform, craft best-in-class financial models to optimize client processes, onboard and train clients to become platform experts, provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making, and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to develop innovative features.
- • Abacum is a fast-growing global fintech company founded in 2020 by former CFOs, trusted by industry leaders like Strava, BetterUp, and Kajabi, with over $100M in funding and offices in New York, London, and Barcelona, serving finance teams across 30+ nationalities.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in financial modeling and client-facing FP&A operations, develop strong stakeholder communication skills, gain exposure to SaaS product development cycles, and grow into a trusted advisor who drives both client success and product innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • +2 years of experience in FP&A, broader Finance, or consulting
- • Ability to analyze data deeply and think from first principles to deliver high-quality results
- • Experience conducting analysis and problem-solving with Excel
- • Self-starter mindset with independence in problem-solving and stakeholder consideration
- • Eagerness to learn quickly and adopt an ownership mentality
- • Desire to work in a client-facing role and communicate complex ideas simply to diverse stakeholders
