- • The FP&A Systems and AI Manager at Rula Health will own and optimize the Pigment financial planning system while leading AI adoption across the Finance organization, directly influencing how the company scales its planning infrastructure and decision-making capabilities.
- • Day to day, the role involves designing and enhancing Pigment models, workflows, and reporting; ensuring data integrity and system reliability; partnering with FP&A, Accounting, RevOps, and Business Systems to build clean integrations; and streamlining budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning through scalable, well-documented frameworks that reduce manual work.
- • Rula Health is a remote-first, mission-driven healthcare company dedicated to making mental healthcare accessible, evidence-based, and compassionate, with a focus on treating the whole person and reducing stigma around mental health.
- • In this role, the individual will gain deep expertise in financial systems automation, AI enablement in finance, and cross-functional systems integration, while having high visibility and the opportunity to shape the financial operations of a growing healthcare technology company.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance Operations, Finance Systems, or related roles
- • Hands-on experience administering or building in Pigment or Anaplan
- • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- • Experience improving finance workflows through automation, systems, or process redesign
- • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
