- • The FP&A Topline Specialist will play a central role in shaping how ContentSquare models, forecasts, and communicates revenue performance, directly impacting strategic decision-making and financial transparency across the organization.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning the topline P&L cycle by leading end-to-end budgeting and forecasting using Pigment and Tableau, building analytical frameworks for revenue intelligence by segment and product line, partnering with Engineering, Product, and Design teams on headcount planning and spend tracking, collaborating with Field Finance and Finance Operations to enhance forecast accuracy, and standardizing FP&A processes to improve knowledge-sharing and operational efficiency.

- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in SaaS financial modeling and revenue recognition, gain hands-on experience with advanced planning tools like Pigment and Tableau, strengthen cross-functional influence by advising product and engineering leaders, and contribute to scaling financial processes in a high-growth, international SaaS environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (or equivalent)
- • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a high-growth SaaS company or Big 4 consulting firm
- • Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets
- • Hands-on experience with multi-dimensional planning tools (Pigment, Anaplan, or Adaptive) and BI tools (Tableau)
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
- • Solid understanding of SaaS metrics and revenue recognition principles
