• • The Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a strategic finance partner to Maze Labs' executive team, focusing on high-level financial decision-making, capital strategy, and board-level guidance while complementing the operational finance function led by the Finance Director.
• • On a regular cadence (weekly with exec team, quarterly for board prep), the CFO will evaluate investment trade-offs, guide capital strategy across funding options, partner with the Finance Director to sharpen strategic thinking, grow relationships with investors and advisors, and help shape board materials for financial discussions.
• • Maze Labs is a Series B-backed user research platform enabling faster, insight-driven product development through AI-powered research tools, serving clients like Uber, Amazon, and Atlassian with a global remote workforce and mission to eliminate the trade-off between speed and user understanding.
