- • The Global Talent Co. is seeking a highly strategic and operationally adept Fractional Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to spearhead the design and execution of a robust revenue generation strategy for a dynamic retail platform poised for significant international expansion. This pivotal role is designed for a seasoned leader who can operate at both a high strategic level and a granular, hands-on execution level, driving commercial success across multiple facets of the business.
- • Your primary objective will be to architect and implement a scalable revenue model that encompasses brand memberships, corporate partnerships, and innovative strategic retail collaborations. You will be instrumental in shaping the company’s commercial trajectory, working in close concert with the executive leadership team to define and achieve ambitious growth targets. This engagement is structured as a fractional, project-based role spanning Q2 through Q4 of 2026, with a compelling potential to evolve into a permanent, founding leadership position as the company scales its global footprint.
- • Key responsibilities include the end-to-end design and leadership of the revenue strategy, with a specific target of generating $1.5 million or more in annual revenue. This involves developing and implementing a sophisticated, scalable sales model and a well-defined pricing architecture tailored for B2B partnerships. You will be tasked with proactively generating and managing sales opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders such as real estate developers, property partners, corporate entities, and strategic investors.
- • Maintaining a strong and predictable revenue pipeline will be crucial. This includes delivering clear, accurate forecasting and comprehensive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting to the leadership team, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making. You will also play a vital role in supporting the launch and ongoing optimization of flagship retail locations, focusing on enhancing foot traffic, elevating brand performance, and improving stock turnover rates.
- • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work closely with the executive team to ensure seamless alignment between retail operations, partnership development, and overarching revenue goals. Continuous monitoring of consumer trends, emerging retail innovations, and competitor activities will be essential for refining and adapting growth strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- • Furthermore, you will be responsible for establishing clear, efficient commercial processes and robust systems that are foundational for successful international expansion. This includes defining go-to-market strategies for new regions, optimizing sales workflows, and implementing best practices for partner management.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of building revenue functions from the ground up, ideally within startup or high-growth environments, and have a proven ability to scale revenue to upwards of $2.5 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). Your expertise should span across retail, direct-to-consumer (DTC) models, real estate partnerships, or brand services, demonstrating a comprehensive grasp of diverse revenue streams.
- • A strong track record of successfully developing strategic partnerships and closing significant commercial deals is paramount. You must be adept at designing effective sales strategies, creating competitive pricing models, and building comprehensive revenue frameworks that drive sustainable growth. Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills are required to navigate complex market dynamics and identify new opportunities.
- • The ability to seamlessly transition between high-level strategic planning and detailed, hands-on execution is a defining characteristic of this role.
