📋 Description
- • The Fraud Intelligence Analyst role at SentiLink is central to understanding and combating fraud in production, directly shaping how models evolve, how fraud is explained to customers, and how the company wins and expands deals.
- • Day to day, the analyst will investigate and label fraud cases at scale, translate frontline casework into actionable insights for Product and Data Science, identify and quantify emerging fraud patterns, support revenue workflows with clear narratives, participate in cross-functional workflows, build deep domain expertise through repetition and feedback, own targeted analyses to improve detection, and act as a bridge between frontline fraud signals and business decisions.
- • SentiLink is a fast-growing identity and risk solutions company backed by top-tier investors, recognized by major media outlets, and named to the Forbes Fintech 50 list annually since 2023. - • In this role, the analyst will build real operating context in fraud, product, and business operations, accelerate personal development through high-volume, high-ambiguity work, and position themselves for increased ownership within FIT or adjacent functions such as Product, Data Science, Solutions, or GTM.
