📋 Description

• Work as a freelance developer for US-based startups, SMBs, and growing brands through Bullpen Talent, delivering end-to-end technical solutions on contract assignments.
• Execute web builds, redesigns, custom integrations, automation workflows, and app development projects aligned with client business goals.
• Collaborate directly with founders, marketing leads, and product teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout project lifecycles.
• Manage independent freelance engagements with full ownership of deliverables, timelines, and client expectations.
• Maintain a reliable, detail-oriented approach to code quality, deadline adherence, and client communication.
• Build and maintain a professional portfolio showcasing real-world client work that demonstrates technical proficiency and problem-solving ability.
• Adapt to varying project scopes and technical requirements across diverse client industries and platforms.
• Operate remotely with no on-site requirements, engaging with clients primarily across US time zones.
• Receive project opportunities through Bullpen Talent’s curated matching system — applications are reviewed for future openings, not immediate hires.
• Utilize self-managed workflows to handle client onboarding, scope definition, revisions, and delivery without direct supervision.
• Maintain professional boundaries and contractual clarity in client interactions, ensuring smooth project execution without scope creep.
• Leverage experience in freelance practices to independently negotiate rates, manage invoicing, and handle client contracts.
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in web and app development to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Engage with clients who value clean code, transparent communication, and consistent delivery over rigid process adherence.
