  • • As a French Customer Support Specialist at HubSpot, you will serve as a trusted advisor to French-speaking customers, resolving product-related queries through phone, chat, and web while embodying a human, helpful, and solution-oriented support experience.
  • • Day to day, you will apply business acumen to identify customer challenges and opportunities, use phone, live chat, and web tickets to resolve issues, remove technical barriers, utilize support tools independently, apply troubleshooting frameworks to minimize resolution time, diagnose and fix software issues, communicate empathetic and complete resolutions, collaborate across teams to enhance customer experience, and act as a role model by taking ownership of complex and sensitive customer issues.
  • • You will join a hybrid, inclusive, and psychologically safe team in Dublin, Ireland, where flexibility is valued — you can choose to work full-time in the office, in a hybrid arrangement, or fully remote from anywhere in Ireland, contributing to a diverse and supportive workplace culture.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your technical expertise in HubSpot’s CRM platform, strengthen your customer advocacy and communication skills, develop advanced troubleshooting abilities, and grow professionally through continuous learning, feedback, and coaching — all while helping customers grow their businesses better.

  • • Fluency in both English and French, written and spoken
  • • Demonstrated experience in technical troubleshooting, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
