- • As a French Customer Support Specialist at HubSpot, you will serve as a trusted advisor and valued partner to customers, resolving product-related queries through phone, chat, and web while delivering a human and helpful support experience.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include applying business acumen to identify customer challenges and opportunities, using phone, live chat, and web tickets to resolve issues, removing technical barriers, utilizing support tools independently, applying troubleshooting frameworks to minimize escalations, diagnosing software issues, communicating empathetic resolutions, collaborating across teams to enhance customer experience, and modeling a customer-first mindset.
- • You will join a hybrid team based in Ireland, with the flexibility to work full-time in the Dublin office, in a hybrid arrangement, or fully remote from anywhere in Ireland, contributing to a psychologically safe, inclusive, and diverse workplace culture.
- • In this role, you will deepen your technical expertise in HubSpot’s platform, strengthen your problem-solving and communication skills, gain experience in B2B SaaS support, and grow professionally through regular feedback and coaching while embodying HubSpot’s HEART values.
